SECTION 4 - Sensitive Information Sensitive information is defined in the US Privacy Act (1974) to include information or opinion about such things as an individual’s racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, membership of a political association, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership of a professional body, criminal records or health information. We will not attempt to obtain nor record any sensitive information.
SECTION 5 - Advertisements We have not enabled any advertisements on our site but we may do so in the future. All in-app advertisements on Apple® IOS devices are handled by one of the following : 1: The Apple iAd® framework. The Google Mobile Ads SDK for iOS. Currently there are no adverts in our Apple tvOS™ apps. The Google Mobile Ads SDK for iOS utilizes Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA). The SDK uses IDFA under the guidelines laid out in the iOS developer program license agreement.
SECTION 6 - COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act) When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under 13, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, the nation's consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children's privacy and safety online. We market to children under 13. We do not collect information from children under 13
SECTION 7 - CAN SPAM Act The CAN-SPAM Act is a law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and spells out tough penalties for violations.
